Notice home prices are continueing to drop in the Coyote Hills Greens Community.. a 2071 square foot house is down to about 495k? And the 1400sq/ft homes are approx $400k?
I've also been noticing alot of turnovers in the lower areas of Coyote Hills.. near Hermitage and Applewood.
